The purpose of FLARA is to:

• Increase and advance the civic betterment and general welfare of Fish Lake;

• Create the spirit of goodwill and friendliness between the lake homeowners and the local community; and

• Preserve the vitality and environmental health of this beautiful Maple Grove lake.

 

FLARA as an organization is dedicated to enhancing or preserving the physical quality of Fish Lake, to support the diverse usages of Fish Lake, and to maximize the quality of the Fish Lake experience. It is does not include being engaged in regulatory matters concerning any aspects of the use of Fish Lake.
Any questions or concerns regarding the regulations or usage of Fish Lake can be directed to the Minnesota DNR, the City of Maple Grove, or the Hennepin County Water Patrol.
